Culinary Curator at the CFL

After graduating from art school, studying textile and surface design, Carlotta decided to change her path and follow a more foodie profession. She founded Wild & Root together with Linda Lezius, a studio for interactive food design that is all about plant goodness. Working with surfaces, handcraft and rituals they create a place where people come together and interact in a natural and playful way with their everyday food.
She is working for the Contemporary Food Lab since August 2014 and in charge of the new program offered in the NR/Kitchen. Here people can participate in workshops, discussions, talks, supper clubs and much more and find out about specialist foodie fields.
