I cook since I was five on a mini electric stove: sausages, a first love that will last forever. I have been grown up in south German countryside Hohenlohe, and my best friend had been our “Hausschlachter” Herr Hammel. He prepared twice a year fresh raw blood minced with delicious herbs for me when I came home from kindergarden.
I know a lot about English food, another love. And I have a special interest for recipies that are named: peche melba, stroganoff, huhn marengo…. and spaghetti rogacki (mine! I live around the corner)!
I have to tell, that I am not a very good Bäcker, my sister was always better, but I have her recipies.
