I’m currently a Master’s of Applied Cultural Analysis student at University of Copenhagen. Before that, I studied Anthropology and have been interested in all conversations on the socials realms of food – be it food and culture, food access, food sustainability, food sovereignty, food and society, and so on and so forth. I get inspired when food starts conversations. I’m writing my thesis on the contemporary developments of Nordic food culture, specifically analysing how the development of a “New Nordic Cuisine” concept has occured and how it is being negotiated within the Nordic region.
