I have always been interested in food and knew from a young age I would be working with it in some way. I went through the restaurant whirlwind of BOH, FOH, and catering and began to fall out of love with the subject. That is, until I went to get my master’s degree from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. I refocused my energy and realized that the producer end of the cycle was what I was more invested and a new love affair was born.
