Gastronome

I recently received my master’s degree in Food Communication from the University of Gastronomic sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. My focus was on anthropology and identity. I love combining food with humor as I find it makes the subject more approachable and inclusive; this type of writing can be seen in my blog. A longtime gardener, eater, cook, and newly minted gastronome, I’m now ready to take the food world by storm.
