I’ve worked in Hospitality/with food & drink for what seems like a lifetime, or at least most my life-time.
The quality and source of our food & drink is, as with many people, massively important to me; and I aim to be involved with groups which are promoting these messages and enlightening others, through intelligent media and events.
I recently spent 3 months in Tuscany working on a sustainable agriculture, and I’m now back in Berlin, wanting to get involved in forward-thinking projects. Foodwise, it feels like the city is finally becoming more aware and open, and I look forward to being more engaged in this movement.
