I am a social anthropologist by education and a full-time food lover. I am into researching edible plants and just finished a research project at Nordic Food Lab researching fermenting local leaf material and developing Nordic laphet.
Seen from a more tangible end of the spectrum, I have recently kept myself busy with brewing herbal kombuchas and foraging whatever I can find from the wild forests of Estonia. Though from a more anthropological end of the spectrum, I am pondering on how to help people be more informed and conscious about the food they eat and the environment they live in. At the moment I am working on some events and design projects regarding the human/nature/food relationship.
