My love for food grew already in my childhood as being a daughter in the family business restaurant. For my diploma thesis I invented a sustainable restaurant concept for the alpine region. After working unsatisfied as an interiordesigner, I decided to make a master degree in brand management. Completely dissapointed about unfaithful Marketing and onesided Management I want to finalize my master degree with a thesis in the area of artisan food, crafts and branding. I just started my research and so I’m really thankful for all input, recommendations of books, blogs, manufacturer… I would love to meet people and talk about the future of food.
Recently, but all along, I’ve found passion and satisfaction while watching deers and collecting all the fabulous things mother nature gave us. I’m thinking about to make a licence in hunting, develop a goat farm and crafting food. We’ll see…
