From a culinary background, I have worked in several of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants.
I’m currently based at the Fat Duck Experimental Kitchen where the bulk of my work is mapping and creating experience designs for the different outlets of the group. I also engage in research in a variety of subjects in collaboration with academics from Cambridge, Oxford and UCL.
In my spare time I collaborate in the creation of art projects around the interactions of the different senses and conferences.
My main interests are: Organisation Design, Perception Psychology, Sustainability and Art.
