I’m a 26year old consultant and foodie living in Berlin Mitte for over three years now. I consult corporate clients in various areas that span food and foodretail, innovative and integral supplychain mangament and sustainable agriculture including social business components in Africa and Latin America. I’m very interested in the future of sustainable nutrition and ways to bring together healthcare, food and economics in a holistic and practicable way to fight malnutrition and obesity and leveraging a more integrated system of food.
I’m currently exploring a more regional and bottom-up approach of food production, distribution and consumption and it’s practical implications for different regions and systems.
